Post office said they would E-mail my quote but never did so went to other provider and got better deal.

Hi Lawrence, Thank you for your review. Once you complete the quote form on Confused.com, you can then view all the quote on the 'Results' page. You can also retrieve your quotes in your Confused.com account. However these are not sent via email. your £20 rewards claim is not simple or straightforward at all. If you do not simply provide the rewards with a simple click, potential customers will have little confidence in you for the future (believing it is all gimmicks and just a way to entice you onto your site).

Confused is great but in this instance the Nationwide policy offered wasn’t clear that it was only available to existing insured Nationwide customers, and I only found out when trying to pay.

I have purchased insurance (higher grade £165.23) from Admiral ins your recommendation, the payment has gone thru bank but no confirmation from you or Admiral leaving me CONFUSED

Through Confused.com I decided to go to Intelligent Insurance. As my circumstances have changed due to Covid-19, I entered the new details and submitted, checked my application and paid (a very high premium, but I thought this was because of my changed residential details). Intelligent Insurance then sent me the policy documents which didn't reflect what I had put on my application form at all, and didn't give me the cover that I needed. I contacted them via their chatline. The woman on the chatline was no help. She seemed to think that I had re-submitted the details held by Confused.com from last year, but this wasn't the case - I'd submitted new details reflecting my current situation. Eventually I told her that I wanted to cancel the policy and get a refund. She then charged me £50 for the cancellation - which I see as adding insult to injury, since they'd sent me an incorrect policy in the first place.

Difficulty making contact with insurance company over payment arrangements. Had to get my bank to cancel. Went to my previous company instead.

I paid for my home insurance on 20th July 2020 but have not received a policy number. I have emailed several times. please investigate My name Lidia Delgado 22 poets court Harpenden AL5 5EW £50.18 taken out of my account but no policy from admiral thank you. also still waiting for my Now tv subscription which I haven't received yet.
