“The price advertised was much lower than the price on the pay now page once I'd followed the link to the insurer. They shoved loads of tax on which they may consider an extra but I certainly don't as a buyer. An improvement would be to make that clearer on your site. It was also a bit unclear how I would receive any cashback.”

“When I went to the company (Churchill) to pay for the insurance they said that it wasn't the correct price and couldn't bring through my details with the reference you had given me. They then quoted about £20 more than the price I'd been given. This is the second time this has happened to me and so your site is no good if the companies won't stick to the price you give people.”

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. I hope this helps.
