I found the site difficult to use, also when I went back to view my quotes after a few days most had gone, I tried review old quotes but nothing showed up, so had to go over the whole process again,

Very disappointed that already twicw tried to purchase the product online but each time I tried to pay it went into an error page! It's not been a reliable experience so far!!!

Couldn't access quote from your website. Company didn't want give same quote when I eventually contacted them by phone.

The price advertised was much lower than the price on the pay now page once I'd followed the link to the insurer. They shoved loads of tax on which they may consider an extra but I certainly don't as a buyer. An improvement would be to make that clearer on your site. It was also a bit unclear how I would receive any cashback.

When I went to the company (Churchill) to pay for the insurance they said that it wasn't the correct price and couldn't bring through my details with the reference you had given me. They then quoted about £20 more than the price I'd been given. This is the second time this has happened to me and so your site is no good if the companies won't stick to the price you give people.

security terms are a get out for the insuance company but what does it mean for the customer.....not explained in T&Cs

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. I hope this helps.
