As a result of taking out insurance my rewards have been blocked & my existing rewards in relation to a seperate policy have also been cancelled.

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. I asked for house and contents insurance quotes. The ones sent to me included none of the extra options I required and were therefore unusable.

Customer service on the phone is very bad for example today I wanted to make a claim but couldn't make a claim because one lady on the phone just hang up on me was not happy at all but it's ok my policy ends with you on the 28th July

Told me my policy was up in 3 weeks so i changed to admiral only to be told that my policy with hastings didnt until august so now paying twice not good

Opened link found a good deal. Tried for good deal. Sent me a pass code had to come out the page to go back to open passcode and now I can't get good deal as I can't open two emails at once via my phone so now I have to hang on and wait. If I call.

The website works well enough but the insurance company never contacted me, so I did not even get an insurance. I would be interested to know why Intelligent Insurance never proceeded with the insurance.

Far far too expensivel to insure my car I have full no claims clean licence and still quots were double or more than last year sorry I cannot recommend Confused .com
