Not able to purchase my home insurance as the insurance providers database doesn't recognise my postcode. Confused.com were of no assistance in resolving this issue with the insurance company.

lidl £20 voucher does not apply in northern Ireland which is part of the uk.

I searched and found a quote for house insurance. I thought I had purchased this cover but heard nothing from the insurance company. I contacted this company and supplied the confused.com reference and there was no trace of my payment. The reason is that this firm did not take American express payments contrary to the information supplied by confused.com.

When confirming the policy, especially the claims declared, this did not feed through to the providers' website...and I had to spend hours correcting them ...not going to use your services again

We used your site specifically for the £20 lidl bonus. Now after using it we're told some activity we arent aware of has broken your T&C's Not a geat experience, so bad infact that I deliberately didn't use you to buy my car insurance.

Confused.com requests that you add all of your personal details prior to searching for quotes. However, they intentionally do not pass these on to the suppliers. Therefore, when the quotes come in, they are based on the wrong information. If you accept the quote, you will find that you are probably not covered as you thought.

One Call Insurance are a bunch of charlatans that it is impossible to communicate with. I cancelled my policy and reclaimed the payment.
