I wasn't able to purchase home contents insurance because I didn't know the day month or year of my CCJs How are you supposed to remember those details from years ago? No I do not recommend using confused.com to purchase home contents insurance!!

The links to set up the insurance didnt work I tried multiple times with two different suppliers on multiple days the site kept refreshing and not loading so I have now renewed with Sainsbury's which was effortless in comparison and also didn’t require a first month credit card payment just set up DD much easier. Thank you

You supply the 5 best quotes, but when I click on the 'take me to provider' link, they then say they are not quoting. Very frustrating and time wasting

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail. Alicia (Confused.com Representative)

Each time I found a company that appeared to be offering good, favourably priced insurance, the site ,when I clicked on the company details, redirected me back to the beginning procedure and began by asking me to fill in forms that had already been filled in. Very disappointing and a huge waste of my time.

The rewards described by confused.com in allegiance with esure are not as they appear. I was promised a £20.00 Lidl voucher without any further strings. When it comes to collection you have to join up to another advertising programme to get the promised voucher. Sharp practice by Confused.com, does esure want to be party to this?

I purchased House and Contents Insurance cover with Hastings Direct as recommended by Confused.com and was advised I would receive a £20 voucher which appeared to be a reasonable premium for the protection offered with the alleged voucher offer. however this appears to be a scam because i am informed I have to sign-on for some app. which I don't know anything whatsoever about because when I attended school in 1940 they never had computers in the school therefore I was never taught anything about them furthermore like a good many octogenarians i do not have a Mobile Phone. I completed this cover on the understanding I would receive the promised Voucher and because all people are different it is a question of ' one size does not fit all ' and for this reason I would appreciate it if you will ensure I receive the Promised Voucher by Royal Mail or some other method of your choosing to avoid being in breach of any ' unfair trading ' rules. The online, home insurance I chose (Aviva) Is completely mess up, not organised; there was an error on my details (my name and surname) they were not able to amend it, has been very frustrating the all communication. I recommend you to check before you put a product failure on your website. Completely rubbish!!!

The promise of a " gift" voucher for using Confused.com has not materialised. After you have downloaded the confused app and when it actually works, you go to rewards it states something has gone work and press the contact Us, when you do nothing happens

I often found confused produced the cheapest quotes so looked at them again this year. Unfortunately the sieving process with my choices including home emergency and legal cover where not producing the correct prices when I went through to the site. After struggling on with this for over 2 hours running through different quotes and phoning the individual companies I stopped using Confused.

Put in all our details. Got a list of quotes. Went into one and it just kept up coming up with a screen saying sorry we can't quote you. Even though we got a quote..... We then contacted confused.com and the reply we received helped in no way at all. It was a standard reply and didn't answer our query at all.
