“Unable to speak to a member of staff ant confused about a simple rewards query. Still waiting for a response after submitting a form, all of which was time consuming and inefficient. Puts me off using confused on my other policies”

“I enjoy researching insurance products and, as such, typically use several comparison sites to ensure I am getting a high-quality product at the right price. On this. On occasion, however, I opted for the AA Platinum cover from Confused.com, as after decades of experience, I knew it offered excellent value and quality in one package. I was very happy with the speed at which the offer was made, and although it was only valid for that day, I didn't feel pressured to purchase the cover. I also appreciated the £20 voucher offer and the year's worth of monthly hot drinks.”
