“When I tick against box for accidental damage I do not expect when redirected to purchase the policy, to be asked what level accidental damage I require, and when I indicated what I have with my existing policy, the price price jumped to more than my renewal price. I was under the impression that your site was supposedly very competitive. I don't like not being given a quote that has hidden extras.”
