“I attempted to buy my Home Insurance with you but couldn’t get your website to offer Car Charger cover as an addition . It didn’t give this option and I couldn’t see any other category to make it accept what I wanted . I gave up and went to another comparison site where I found that this addition was offered . Very disappointing , I have used you many times in the past .”

“The system worked well for me this time. In the past, having answered all the questions online, I’ve been put in touch with the selected insurer only to find they ask most of the questions again and then give a more expensive quotation. This time there was no further questioning and the insurance was arranged for the price stated in the comparison exercise. So it was relatively easy, quick and stress-free.”
