The company could make picking A "free" gift much easier by putting up the choices the customer click what they want instead of more form filling but by making it complicated will result in many customers not bothering to claim

Not cheaper if anything 98% of the prices that came back were 50% plus more than my current insurance and not one cheaper than my renewal quote

Quote apparently not available for me. When I went to Churchill website, it showed details of policy, asked me to pay and then said it couldn't insure me - with no reason provided.

Confused quoted me 100.00 less for Tesco Insurance than Tesco themselves did, so I ended up not trusting either quote

I have spent two days trying to get my home and contents insurance using your comparison site, i found a policy that suited me and clicked on the merchant web site, i then went through all the payment details and also confirmed my payment with my own bank but every time i went back to the merchant site it threw me back to the start payment page, i did this 3 times but it would not let me go any further, so why would i recommend your site, it did not work at all for me!!!

I needed to ask a question about leaseholders but no where could I ring you. I tried numbers and they all directed me to chat bots who were unhelpful it was useless so I gave up! You need a telephone number for questions. Very bad

The policy that Confused.com is pushing to me from INTELLIGENT INSURANCE is quite deficient in comparison with my existing policy. They seem to imagine that giving me a year of Greggs low quality coffee is an attraction that outweighs the poor policy

It took a long time to work through all the questions but I commend them for being so thorough. The search for quotes did not take long but when I went to the best quote I could not get to the website to check the policy, despite several attempts, so I gave up and tried another insurer direct which worked very well.

A complete minefield. Many state new for old, but look into the small print and talk to them and that isn't the case for a number of items (e.g needing to pay an expert to value basic household items above a certain value).

The site did not work on my usual browser so I had to use one I do not like. Whilst to premiums were OK they were not as low as I have obtained from Confused previously. I have this years stayed with my current insurers both for car and home. I negotiated a good discount with both

I haven’t bought a policy and to be fair the cheapest home insurance was only online consequently when I tried to set up payment it never happened as unable to speak to anyone, I tried four times to set it up even the next day, I haven’t got a policy as was unable to proceed due to it being all online

there is too little information / synergy to easily be sure what the cover was. One site was explit there was an allowance for depreciation. Another said " a possible reduction" in value. The first applied to contents. the 2nd both buildings and contents. In short we contine to be misled / dare I say financially ripped off (personal view no proof!)

Sent me cheaper options than compared. Com Sent me prices in advance if renewal The ratings I had to double check with an AI and find out more info about each insurer Once through to the John Lewis form before the payment the page would jump back and list what I'd exited repeatedly having to do it over again many times but maybe that was the John Lewis page as it didn't recognise my quote reference either. Very annoying and off putting when you expect to be able to communicate with the insurer easily. On the quote email need to see easier how to edit and changes Given the overall opinions about each company John Lewis came out as the most trusted from the top 5 cheapest quoted that I got
