It's brilliant tbh always using them, I only give low score because I never got reward what they promising after taking policy through them, and I did it multiple times. They always say wait for email with instructions, but never got any, pity....

I bought insurance on 2 occasions, both car and home insurance but never got the rewards that were promised.

Sadly, the cheapest offer of Sky was not Acceptable as Sky‘s offer suddenly doubled in price when they upgraded it without me wanting to do so. Thus I had to cancel my application.

Poor communication with Churchill. No confirmation of payment etc. Phoned Churchill to check policy gone through with payment & very abrupt & unhelpful advisor. Still have not received anything from Churchill. Not impressed.

Tried to get home and building insurance, went through the whole process, put in all the payment details and then it notified me that there was an issue and told me to phone them, this happened 6 times

I received a quotation, the most expensive of any comparison site. After a week I tried again only to receive a much lower quote. The only reason I accepted the second one was the rewards scheme, 12 car washes made it worthwhile.

My insurance jumped £50 and I have never made a claim in 20 years so I'm taking my business elsewhere.

There is no choice for someone who is a lease holder you own the building and it doesn't say anything a bout covering your kitchen units or bathroom and shower.

Felt as if all the site was interested in was gathering my information to pedal me marketing material. When I tried to purchase the selected insurance product the web site didn't work. All in all a very negative experience, will by trying our luck with compare the market , as a result.

I like Confused.com as a rule. They don't bombard me with emails and they usually get me the best price. This time, however, their best offer wanted a higher price than the website promised, kept me hanging on the phone for an age before answering and then wanted me to go all the way through the proposal questionnaire yet again. I went elsewhere instead. Not really Confused.com's fault but they need to shake up some of their insurers!
