I've bought both my Car and Buildings Insurance through Confused for many years' and this is the first year of problems. The original quote upped in price with both quotes when I tried to purchase them. As for the Buildings Insurance quotes, when I tried to purchase the lowest quotes Esure first, then Sheila's Wheels, although it was redirecting me to the Provider web site, it kept giving messages of "oh dear something has stuck" "oops there's a blockage" please call us. I gave up. I hope this new method works for you but I won't be using your service again. Ever!!!

As the issue was occurring when connecting through to Esure/Sheila's Wheels, this error would be on the providers website rather than Confused.com. Tried to go through to Churchill several times but it wouldn’t recognised my details. Checked all the info but to no avail. I subsequently used a competitor to purchase alternative insurance. You missed out..

Awful service with quotes that did not match actual figures. For example one quote for £156 was actually £346 on the actual insurers site. Equally when I did get the quote I was looking for it timed out or crashed!! Sort your API development and Management out!!!

One call seemed good. I signed up THEN was told the smaller details like call out charges and to cover them I had to pay, and pay more than the insurance company I was with was charging me. I have stayed with my original insurance company. One Call charged me over £50 to get out of contract.

The receptionists were extremely courteous and I couldn’t fault them. The problem was with the room. You struggled to get round the bed to the en-suite, the room was dark and not at all inviting. I think the owners want to cram in as many bedrooms that they could to make more money to the detriment of the guests. We won’t be returning and I should think that not many others will either. They have shot themselves in the foot!

Took out insurance put all info in .I made a claim last year this was all put in got price payment made all done few weeks later they have cancelled my insurance saying I did not put down I had claim and won't insure me .not true at all was all put down .did it again and same company came up about 1 pound more expense something is not right Will not use again

I have had no confirmation that I have post office home insurance, so currently unsure if i have home insurance at all

Pointless, I tried to buy house insurance through confused I was forwarded to Aviva. Then after all that unable to purchase. So purchased my original policy. Maybe next year.
