“I renewed last year,and received a voucher for £20 at Halfords.Halfords refused to honour it.I have contacted Confused.com FIVE TIMES about this.NOT ONE REPLY.Needless to say,the voucher has since run out. No,I cannot recommend this firm.”

“I wanted to buy house building/contents insurance but Policy Expert would not allow for joint ownership, even though I have lived here for almost 20 years. I did phone to see if it would go through that way but they said it was a risk - cant see how outright joint ownership with me living here was a risk. So not happy about that.”

“Since adding my mobile number to this site I have many calls from scammers. Yesterday 6 people called me saying I called them and they were returning my call. Who was I...Someone, somehow has hacked my number. Hope they cant access my bank details. EE say it's not malicious but I could change my number if I want. WHY should I do that..cant be a coincidence...”

“I took out the quote just about 3 weeks before the renewal was due. It came out aboit £165. I was waiting to get paid so that I can pay in full. Week before the renewal due, I wanted to pay for it, the same quote changed to almost £280. How is that possible? Most of the quotes are valid for 30 days.”
