Sexist - I am the first named policyholder (a female) but emails are addressed to my husband!!! Sort it out Confused!

Hello, Thank you for your review. We allow multiple people to use the same account to obtain quotes, as such we require one account to be allocated as the primary profile. All emails will then be addressed this user. However you will be able to amend this in your 'Account Details' if you wish. Did not show policies with my requirements.ie show low quote then my requirements were extras ,Which added up to be very expensive ,time consuming and annoying.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Once you have been directed to your page of results, before you are shown your prices, you will be able to select any additional extras you would like to include. You will then only be shown the policies that can offer you this cover. Some of these additional extras may be included in the prices, others may be offered for a extra cost. You will be able to view every insurer we currently have on our panel on our website. Software issue. First line of address would not transfer over when buying policy. No help given, apart from try again. After 3 days I gave up and bought elsewhere.

Confused ..more like conned...I was offered house insurance price via confused...but...would not allow payment...so..dealt direct with More Than..got insurance...but nowhere near confused quote...oral con imo

I found it so difficult to get the cover and price I decided not to use your service Evan though it was the cheapest because ir was not clear what I was was buying and there was no contact number i could get any clarification or advice Regards A Grogan

I was unable to get the insurance before the expiry date due to technical problems with your site! so not very impressed as this lasted several days.

I purchased car insurance based on your recommendation and the price of home insurance offered by same insurer was much lower than what your recommended home insurance offered.

filled everything in & at the end it said the policy wouldn't include flood insurance - how about saying that at the beginning

The confused.com app did not take me to the morethan page to buy the car insurance and told me to call the company direct. To confirm that I was not diverted to more than car insurance to buy car insurance. When I spoke with the car insurance agent they could not see the Quote reference given on there systems and could not sell me the car insurance at the quote price. They advised to re-check their website as it was a fault at there end. To confirm that I have retried to purchase insurance but to no avail. I’m left feeling frustrated. What can I do… go to compare the market!! Les Womersley
