Make my policy easily visible !!! Why is my renewal premium higher than if I bought a new policy via a comparison website ???

Someone ran into my car….I wasnt in the car , car was parked. Your form can’t capture this information

Any switching company which promotes Hastings Direct is not to be trusted - quite the worst company I have dealt with in my 63 years. Aims for a really low level of customer service...and fails to reach it. Incompetent to an art form.

I spent time and a lot of effort all wasted. Twice I came to a point where I could not get further because they would not accept my requirements and a final one would not accept my name and required other additions to it so I gave up. I then rang my current insurer and within a few minutes everything was settled to my satisfaction. I shall not try booking on line again.

You gave me quotes with legal protection included but when you were put through to their Site Legal Protection was not included . Therefore an added £25 would then be added to the original price . NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SITE

I have been trying for the past few days to buy Tesco Bank buildings insurance but with no success. Every time I get to the checkout page it says it's not available. I have just sent an email to confused.com about this because, having phoned Tesco Bank they cannot help me because of fair pricing and a voucher is involved.

Prices offered by confused change the moment you click through to the insurer. Insurer then reprices after selling because they don’t honour the underwriting questions asked by confused. Utterly hopeless experience. Waste of time.

Tesco insurance was best price I'd found on your site and remains to be seen how good as only just signed up. BUT am finding it impossible to confirm my reward (Halfords voucher and Greggs coffees). How on earth do u do it, I have entered my details including the Tesco policy number on your site several times, but NOTHING happens! Please advise me as u have NO telephone number to call. Maybe then I can up your review
