Tesco insurance was best price I'd found on your site and remains to be seen how good as only just signed up. BUT am finding it impossible to confirm my reward (Halfords voucher and Greggs coffees). How on earth do u do it, I have entered my details including the Tesco policy number on your site several times, but NOTHING happens! Please advise me as u have NO telephone number to call. Maybe then I can up your review

Spent a age trying to fill the application forms. Kept freezing and returning back to the first page. Finally completed it, both my son and I tried to pay for it 6 attempts later gave up and went elsewhere. Needs a phone line for troubleshooting.

When I completed the Confused online forms for buildings and home contents I declared that I had had subsidence and I wanted legal cover. However when I got the results from insurers it was not until I interrogated their websites that they had quoted without reference to subsidence or that I wanted legal cover included. Consequently the prices quoted were not relevant. Waste of time

Having found a quote I liked I went to the site but was then told they could not find my information so they could go any further I tried several times but was not able to purchase a policy

This comparison site directed me to Getsafe and hide information about access for Home Emergency Cover. I bought home insurance and come across the other access attached! Will never use this site again.

Very frustrating, both Aviva and Quote me happy supply quotes via confused, but as soon as you go to their website via the link they decline to quote.

The T&Cs for cash back are designed to not pay out. Would be unlikely to use confused again on that basis.

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently.
