“The process is fine as are the prices, however, the so called REWARDS system is a joke. If you buy more than one Insurance Policy per annum their rewards handlers go into melt down and suspect you of being a scammer. Confused, you let yourselves down, rubbish”

“good price on home insurance but could not acsess the app with my phone sent a message to customer service and was told i was out of the time allowed to claim. i could have claimed the same amount another website. so i will not bother with confused again.”

“Confused found me a much better deal than the renewal quote from the insurance I already had. Prices from 60% cheaper than the quote, but chose much better cover with accidental damage for both buildings and contents still at least ⅓rd cheaper than the existing renewal cost...
