Your customer support is poor; not helpful at all. I took out Home Insurance against your quote (while other sites were cheaper); but I could not claim the Rewards! I shall never use Confused.com in future again! Or recommend to any fiend. Extremely disappointed.

Whilst the purchase went ok, I found out later that if you don't have a smart phone you cannot claim the £20 reward voucher. I only have a desktop computer, so I have lost the reward. Needless to say I am extremely annoyed and won't be dealing with the company again
