I tell you I live about 25m along, and 25m up from a small river. You give ma a quote that needs me to live 200m from a river. I had actually accepted and PAID before the problem came to light. I thought you were supposed to help, and not ensure that no claims could ever be paid out because of your errors. They insisted on refunding me.

I have selected a policy with Admiral, one of a few options offered by Confused. But when I select the chosen policy to purchase I can not get through to Admiral and they have not emailed me back. I have tried again this morning, even tried ringing them again but they simply cancel the call.

I went with confused on the basis of £20 Lidl vouchers only to find out in the small print when I went to claim them, it’s not applicable to Northern Ireland . I think t s should be made clear when your advertising rewards

I was offered a very competitive quote but had to call the insurance company to clarify a few things. This was on Monday of this week and I was advised that the underwriters should make a decision and I would receive a call on Wednesday. It is now Friday and I still have not heard. The company concerned was Magnet. Very disappointed at this poor service.

The price quoted was £15 than the price offered on their website. I’ve taken insurance from somewhere else. I’ve contacted Confused.com about it but didn’t receive a reply. Disappointing.

Confused.com promoted if I buy insurance I can choose voucher from a selection, I purchased the insurance which was difficult process and not as smooth as other companies. I had to call the insurer as my documentation was missing. They also failed to provide me the voucher the advertised. False advertising to lure you in to making purchase. Very poor

Confused site suggested i contact the cheapest quote for my household insurance but their site would not accept the details I had entered on line I therefore had to ring the company directly and spend another hour reiterating all the questions I had reported to your site all over again Very irritating Though I recognise this maybe their problem not yours

purchased buildings insurance for my house which is within 400 metres of a stream. insurance company telephoned me next day and they cancelled policy as their criteria states must not be within 250 metres of water course which our house is. Money took several days to be returned to our bank account. VERY POOR SERVICE WOULD NOT USE SERVICE AGAIN.

I wanted to take a policy for 3 properties and I made 5 calls which took me to a call centre abroad and each one of the calls either they could not hear me or they actually didn’t know what they were talking about. Really unhelpful and customer service should be based in UK so we can understand what they are saying!
