Tried to purchace insurance from Getsafe, unable to download thier app, therefore unable to auyhorise payment and unable to contact them to discuss. Sent email cancelling policy application.

Not a good experience as both confused and admiral did not specify roof type prior to purchase. And it cost more for me to correct it

Site was good and easy to get quote. HOWEVER, after payment the money left my bank and has been in pending ever since, 3 days. On calling the insurance company they have not received any payment and there is no live policy in place for me. Seems I have to wait to see if the payment comes back to my account, then try to pay again. Shame, as it was going so well up till then. I have ticked that I have purchased from ensure as I intend to when if the payment goes through or I pay again.

I am concerned that Confused.com could lead to incorrect and non-validated insurance. Despite filling in the very detailed questions for confused.com when I reviewed the recommended quotes, they were bases on answers different to those completed on the confused.com website. Had I simply accepted the quote I would not have had valid insurance, as my door locks and flat roof area were incorrect.

Disgusting agree with GETSAFE home insurance company but unable to finalise to make the payment then all other home insurances started to increase their cost continuously still unable to find a decent one so far but still interested in helloGETSAFE.com

I initially signed up to Swinton Classic via confused.com as it was £50 cheaper than my insurance. I though Swinton was a reasonable group but of course they are only a middleman and when I got all the details I looked up who I was actually insured with and they had a terrible rating. I immediately got onto Swinton and cancelled the insurance. I would have thought Confused would not wish to be associated with poor insurance .

Although I'm happy with the Quotations supplied, my follow up experience is awful and on-going. I purchased Home Insurance with Admiral but, to date, have been unable to register an Account with Admiral and cannot access / view my insurance documents. Admiral want me to supply them with an alternative email address to the one I always use? Probably because of a failure in Admiral's online processes, I have been unable to progress or obtain a Reward under the Confused.com offer. Not impressed!
