“Good for finding insurance quotes, but the quotes supposedly valid for 4 days, refresh every day with higher prices and you can't retrieve the one from the day before which is still supposed to be valid. Also, it takes ages to validate the reward you earn, meaning you likely won't be able to use it in the month you buy the insurance”

“Getting the quotes is great but I purchased one straight away but constantly I am being sent emails asking me to choose and that my time is running out! It would be great to join your dots a bit better once a person has purchased.”

“Price on confused was £234 when I tried to purchase the policy the price changed to £391 for the exact same policy even it is still the lower price on confused.”
