“In the questions asked about my location I stated that I lived within 200 m of a watercourse. I was directed to the AA insurance site. Having answered all their questions I was about to purchase from them when I saw in the small print that one of the conditions was that I must not live within 150m of a watercourse. Once I stated that this was not the case AA.”

“Not happy, was given a reward for taking out insurance and received an email stating I’d receive an email when the reward was ready for me to use. No such email received and as a result the reward is now out of date and unable to be used”

“I was contacted saying that my home insurance was within 3 days of running out and I should immediately renew. The post office was an auto renew policy so this would not ever be the case. I now have 2 policies. So no.”
