Applied for home insurance twice - they have not been capable of completing it! Not even amateurs - not fit to deliver a product or service. Incredible - never came across anything like it! Online chaos, no customer service. Did I purchase? Couldn't!!! Not a business, or interested in providing a service!

I can not get through on the comparison site to pay. All is well until I try to pay and I allways end up with your bot for a chat.

None of the insurers on Confused would insure a new build house whose address wasn't on their systems, which had not been updated to include recently completed properties. Instead I insured with Direct Line who were much more sensible regarding new builds, as well as much more competitively priced. In fact, I was lucky not to have found an insurer on Confused! 😉

Something went wrong with information relevant to the quotation not being registered with the insurer. As a result, the insurer has just agreed to a full refund.

It was a simple process to follow to arrange my new home insurance. However I have not received a reward for this process nor for switching utility supplier which I did a couple of weeks ago. I therefore wouldn’t recommend Confused.com as they don’t deliver on their promises.

Have committed to defacto house insurance £180.00… However have had no contact or correspondence to confirm this has been done. No contact number etc etc.. This is totally Not acceptable…! T

OK if you have a standard home but didn't cope well with unusual features such as non standard roof construction and nearby stream. Neither got mentioned on the quotes which makes me concerned could cause non disclosure allegations in the future.

Thought I had got home contents insurance with Tesco filled all information in including bank details nothing has happened. No insurance, no information. Very disappointed.

prices are good BUT i only have a house phone not a mobile phone and the insurance companies wont allow me to process my application the company i tried to insure with was tesco (used to work for them) it seems that if you dont have a mobile phone they dont want to know you.

The lowest price was £400.00 but Adrian Flux increased this to £1500 when I called them. Really..............Setting traps for unwary customers is not good.........I did not buy of course so a waste of time for us all...

Purchased via TopCashback purely because of the rewards only to be advised I am not eligible, already reluctant to use again after buying travel insurance and not offered rewards again .. we have bought lots of insurance over the years so even more frustrating
