I could not complete my application for home insurance as I was down as a single occupier. As my brother lives with me I tried to change the quote but I was not able to do it.

We were unable to find our address on the post code as it’s a new build, in order to obtain a quote we used an address of the new build only 2 house’s down and rang the provider the following day. Although we’d put all of our details in correctly, they hadn’t got everything and when requoted the price increased by £400. As a result I’ve had to put my business elsewhere

Quote over £50 more than competitor. Understand that potential gift and free drinks worth that but comes with the hassle of redeeming every month. Glad the AA refused to insure me at Gold level which I wanted but ironically they would have let me have their Silver level ... their loss. Been with Confused.com for few years car insurance and home for some years but will be shopping around in future. Maybe they don't need my custom. Regards, unhappy customer

One doesn't know what the other ones doing. So had to cancel my order. But they haven't told gas engineer it's cancelled

system is misconstructed to mislead as to what you are buying in the main section and additions. Resulting in us purchasing insurance that did not do any accidental damage cover, I will never recommend your system to anyone

Aviva have been good but make sure your requirements are covered such as excesses etc. But not been able to access the confused.com benefits.
