This wasted a lot of my time. I received a quote which seemed satisfactory, went to their website and answered the same questions + a few more and was told they would phone me. On the phone they asked some of the same questions again (nothing new), then told me they were a broker and would look for an insurer. Then, later they said they couldn't insure me.

Very disappointed, original form asked about outbuildings and value of contents. When on Frontiers site was asked about roof replacement cost for outbuilding, but on reading the policy, the value of contents was listed as Nil! As I had recently seen a report of online policies not having sufficient cover on TV, I decided against using confused.com Waste of my time, when time is short before renewal.

The price shown are approximate but the information provided initially to get the price were correct and did show £100 cheaper BUT when I called the number shown to confirm I was advised that it is not true and that I need to go to its website which gave price shown on my renewal. Waste of time. Just go to individual websites.

Filled in the form and got the quotes. At the insurer’s website was asked a couple more questions and immediately the quote jumped £800 or so. What a waste of time.

Can’t buy the home insurance online . When confused transfer the customer to the insurer portal/site you need to call them . Why is online if you neeed to call them . Like a honest customer with years no claims why I need to discuss with the insurer over the phone if is online . My time is limited. If I am a honest client please respect me .

saga insurance had automatically taken money out of my account so last year i paid twice never use comparison site again

your system put me in to Intelligent Insurance as the best price, they refused to insure me even though my job is clearly detailed on confused.com saying they do not insure antiques dealers. Your system / algorithm needs looking at. very poor show
