The coverage shown on Confused.com was different from the coverage once we clicked through to the website - the price then increased when we changed to the required coverage. We did not buy at the higher price.

The prices look great on the website until you click on the actual provider and then they double or treble. What's the point?

Confusing, links send you to places that you then need to input all the details you spent 15 mins putting in. Then finally you don’t get the free gift you were promised.

I tried to purchase to the home Insurance from Policy Expert but was unable to complete the transaction. You said that the 2 lowest price companies would get in touch but the haven't.

I was intending to purchase from Getsafe, when I was redirected to their site the price was more expensive than shown on the Confused site! Also I was hoping to get a £20 voucher to spend at Dominos Pizza as I have done in the past, but Dominos is no longer an option. All in all I was not very happy and went with another comparison site.

Buyer beware. This comparison site has given me a very competitive quote for home insurance for people with a criminal conviction. I decided after giving out very sensitive information that I would proceed with the quote. Luckily I did not make any claims during the 12month cover, as I have just found out that I was not covered at all for a whole year after paying this company £189! I have found out from the insurance company that if you go through a comparison site, you are told you are covered via an email, but this isn't the case. I have filled in a quote today and given them full details of the unspent conviction, was offered a policy at a very competitive price but checked with the insurance company after paying out 260 only to be told I was not covered. This needs to be looked into as I now have to cancel the policy, pay £35 admin fee and source another quote!

I followed instructions and got to payment. When I filled in card details, at ccv no. My phone screamed scam do not give this. I then disconnected.

Impossible for my son to sort my insurance for me. I'm 89 and don't do technology!!! Supposed to get a call today ....heard nothing.

The quotes were hight and contents of the Policy not good enough for me ans the companies I have never heard about them, they are not for me.

The prices displayed on your results page are all calculated and returned by our panel of insurance providers, based on the information you entered on our website. They work out the premium based on claims statistics gathered for other drivers with similar details and some insurers do change their rates frequently. If you would like to query any of your prices, we would recommend calling the insurer directly and they should be able to explain this to you in more detail. I hope this helps.
