We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards.
At the moment, we’re unable to offer an alternative option if the Confused.com app can’t be downloaded, as access to the app is one of the requirements to claim the reward. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions:

“Unless you can down load the Confused.com app which I cannot you cannot get your rewards. This never use to be the case, it was only after purchasing house insurance that I was made aware of this. As a past regular user of Confused.com to renew many products/services they have just lost a customer.”
