Because Confused.com is a comparison site and not your insurer, we’re unable to send your policy documents. Most insurers will send your policy documents digitally, so it's best to check in your email inbox. If the documents have been posted, they're normally sent the next working day and can take up to 7 days to arrive. If you haven't received your documents within 7 days, contact your insurer and they should be able to resend them. Still can't find your policy documents? “Invaluable assistance. Their site was easy to use from which I received 83 comparison. This allowed me to get very comprehensive cover as standard for a good price also alleviating most of the extra cost of paying monthly. I would recommend”
