payment not easy ,site made for computer savy people ,not user friendly, still , waiting to hear ,how & where i get my ( gifts ) from , !!!!!

I took out a house insurance policy last week and I am still waiting for them to send the policy documents to me. If I had to get in touch with Admiral have no contact details.

A lot of my details were incorrect, very disappointing, I had to edit all my details again, in addition the companies who quoted did not have all my details.

Had to create two profiles as altough you reminded me of my original quotes you then denied the profile existed. got quotes with second profil bought at a substantial reduction compared to my renewal no gift/discount link etc following

I did get very cheap quotes for house insurance but from unknown companies and it was not possible to find out who theie underwtiters are. No phone numbers for enquiries, everything online.

Confused.com completely confuses me with what feels like so many emails! I need you to give me a list of home insurance providers from whom I can pick one - but ever since picking one, it feels that you have kept on sending me emails! I am so busy at present that I just have to delete you, as have enough emails as it is. I assume that you are paid by the provider whom I pick, not by me, so please dont email me!

The 'forms' I was required to complete did not reflect my circumstances and asked some questions that didn't seem relevant to 'Building Insurance'. Therefore there was too much uncertainty whether I would be properly covered in the event of a claim.

I was given a quote from Tesco which I was interested in but after spending a long time giving Tesco more details the quote more than doubled. Needless to say I left the website

We got as far as choosing our home insurance provider (loading details) and could get no further.. I contacted the provider by phone. Disappointing really.

Although it was a competitive quote, unfortunately I was unable to buy the insurance product straightaway from the provider (Tesco). When I contacted the Tesco, I was told the info hasn’t been passed on to them by your team. I waited for another day and bought the policy- but by then the policy has gone up in price !! Regards Jay

I don't like the changes you've made this year. It took me ages to work out how to contact the insurance Co you first recommended - this used to be so easy by just clicking "more info" (or whatever the wording was. I eventually got through - only they would not accept either credit cards others did. In all, I must have wasted well over an hour on a site which used to take 10mins. Even then I only got a £10 Amazon voucher (I tried to claim a £20 Lidl voucher only no indication how or when to do it. May well find an easier site next year!.

Most of the time the website is sheer caos. It freezes, it's unclear, unsure where to proceed further. Quotes are not competitive, unless you go for cheap and unknown (for ex: no or low defaqto rating). Not good at all. No wonder you get freebies......
