“Helpful of Confused to contact me before the premium was due, but they didn't provide a good list of alternate insurers - they only came up with insurers who would be more expensive than my current one. I went through comparethemarket.com instead to find the best deal.”

“awful, didn't reply to email, left on hold when ringing them for 40-50 minutes, moving up a never-ending queue ad then cut off before getting to speak to anyone. Rang in the evening, was number 25 in the queue for over 25 minutes...gave up in the end. Pressed 1 on two occasions, to be called back when I get to the front of the queue. But never got a call back. Made some improvements in security for my house and the premiums actually went up not down. Shoddy service.”

“The system said it couldn’t find one insurance quote. And it didn’t say why. Useless not one quote. In 50 years ive never had an experience like it!!!”

“I have taken out two car insurances and a house and a landlord insurance in the last month, only to find out you wont give me a reward for one of my cars as it has already been insured with you in the last year - still quite happy took my money again - i have now stated i am going to use another comparrison site from now on - as i could not phone the rewards department i sent a message and my claim was turned down”
