“Good for finding the best price but the information passed onto the individual companies is always incorrect. Not only does this mean the price then changes but it’s dangerous if you don’t spot the errors.”

“Initial shopping round on confused.com site was good, but when it came to moving on from confused.com to the insurer I'd chosen: I repeatedly hit a "Technical Problems" next step; eventually I gave up; the problem was only solved, when I phoned the insurers themselves- later on- who were excellent, & set up the new home insurance.”

“.Excellent service. Used two quotes and have selected Ageus as being more professional and less hassle. No, MBNA have only 2stars, Ageus has 5. MBNA were more off hand. The exclusions appeared greater. I will use you next year, but the app and claims appear tortuous, I’ll see.”
