“What I loved about confused.com home insurance was that confused .com sent me reminders well in advance . More so it saved my details of quote from last time so it was an easy, seamless, intuitive process and took me just 15 minutes from start to finish to buy the insurance. More so at confused.com I never have to deal with any sale pressure, unnecessary sale jargon. Just a wonderful, serene ,” I am in control” experience. I felt valued and my time and money was treated with utmost finesse and respect. One of the best things I did as a “ short on time ! Big on convenience” professional is to subscribe to confused .com . It is one of those small life affirming experiences where it makes tortoise, tortuous dreaded annual renewals into a zen experience thank you confused.com.”
