“I was disappointed more than anything else went through all the questions. Chose what fitted my circumstances then went to buy but was no padlock on the buying policy section so pulled out decided not safe so you lost out because of just that.
Always been told don’t buy anything if there isn’t a padlock so suggest use sort it so customers feels safe to give their bank details over .”

I would have liked to have taken advantage of the additional 'reward' package but was no able to as it was restricted to mobile phone access only and due to a number of reasons i only use my computer for any actions such as these. I dont understand why companies like yourselves operate in this way and do find it irritating. Sorry to end on a moan especially as i was pleased with everything else”
