“I found your agent Paul very helpful in covering our requirements that we had put on your online questionnaire he seemed to cover everything your rates were competitive and closely matched our previous insurers. I have requested a paper copy of your terms and I will be able to compare them with my current cover as it is hard to remember everything said on the phone. We are happy with our choice of new insurers but a paper comparison will enable us to see if we have missed anything”

“I was disappointed more than anything else went through all the questions. Chose what fitted my circumstances then went to buy but was no padlock on the buying policy section so pulled out decided not safe so you lost out because of just that. Always been told don’t buy anything if there isn’t a padlock so suggest use sort it so customers feels safe to give their bank details over .”
