“I found Confused.com an exceptionally well organised and appointed website allowing me to tailor my Home Insurance Policy to my exact requirements in respect of excess, included items and Legal and Home Emergency cover. The ascending table of price and insurance cover allowed the Policy to be gauged against budget.”

“Overall very good came up with the cheapest quotes I could find on any comparison site which is always plus. The reason the score is not higher than seven is because it didn't state on the comparison site that this particular insurer was online only without any paper documents. I feel that there should be an option to deselect these types of insurance companies in the search. I think I would have honestly paid more with another company for paper documents. The overall good service just worth bearing that point in mind though. Not everyone is comfortable with just having online documents. I have a degenerative eye condition and it is easier for me to see things on paper.”
