I was suprsied when they increased thmonthlycharge to £10 per week out of the blue to double that existing, but thus far they aghve been cooperative inadvsoing an alterntive procedure

I'm grateful to Cobweb for pursuing this issue with Microsoft. However, we did get off to a rather slow start especially as I'd gone to the trouble of enlisting the support of a good friend who is an IT consultant who works with Microsoft products. He was able to perform a number of tests plus log in from a separate PC in a different location and came up with some useful hints as to where the fault might lie. It seems that once Cobweb handed the problem over to MS in India the issue ground along having been cascaded to a specialist team. Although the fault seems to be rectified MS are being rather coy about explaining what caused the issue and whether it was more widespread. I'm disappointed that CS aren't more enthusiastic to learn what went wrong in order to broaden their knowledge base.

I always enjoy all my interactions with Cobweb, I like the people, there is always a service mentality present and a palable sense of wanting to help or make things simple. As a tech dinosaur this is probably more appreciated by me than most. The onboarding was explained meticulously
