“We were going from a normal telephone system to a Teams system using our computers. Initial sales communication was great, although, even with 90 days notice things did not go smoothly. The router turned up 3 weeks late, there were no instructions on how to use or set up the new system, despite multiple requests for these, no information on what to expect on the change over day, there was confusion over the change over date even though this was written on emails, there was lack of urgency and communication dealing with major problems with our new system. Not sure what the out of hours help does apart from pass a message on to the team who work normal hours, as even though our emergency divert line was not operational over the weekend, this didn't get looked at until the following week. It felt like we were the first ccompany having this work done, with few people really knowing what needs to be done.”

“We used them for years. Then we moved onto O365. Then they started charging me for support (at 5x the cost of the mail boxes). Avoid.”
