“If i am being totally honest when i first came through i was very dissapointed with the man i dealt with who made me feel inadequate and quite stressed out. I do understand that things take time but after waiting for a week and told that he didnt know how long it would take i then spoke to another team and Andy was so helpful and said that he would ask somebody to call me and go through maybe with a log in how i can access the new emails etc. After having a call today from Ronnie i must say he has restored my faith in Cobweb and is how i remember being treated a few years ago when i had a problem. Thankyou so much guys”
