“My support issue was dealt with by Josh who once he understood what I needed resolved in a very professional way, he also then advised me via email on the correct way to do it in the future cannot fault the service and is why we went and have stayed with Cobweb Great job”

“Josh was absolutely super - friendly, professional and, above all, absolutely clear - No Jargon at all. I understood what I had to do, he checked that I did, AND he then checked that I'd done it all correctly. Brilliant, brilliant customer service and whatever you're paying him, pay him more! You really don't want to lose him. Thank you so much very best from 'the old bat in the UK'”
