“Andy was brilliant - some confusion around what was being backe dup, but I think that was more my fault in terms of how I set up the services. He kept me regularly updated and resolved all issues with ease. Cheers Andy!”

“I had to wait a few days before Cobweb got in touch as the issue was a relatively low priority and we had the Easter weekend between registering a ticket and Cobweb being in touch. Josh was the support member I liaised with and he was excellent; very proactive in his research before contacting me and very responsive and again proactive in his follow up. As a result the issue was resolved both effectively and satisfactorily.”
