“Cobweb's staff are very patient picking up issues where Microsoft are weak (AI - really?) or non-existant (the call centres have been closed). These gremlins may be "small" but for small companies, they can seriously mess up productivity: days of work can be lost. I”

“Josh sorted a clever mail scam for us. It was a Mimecast dodging mail from a bad source that used a domain workabout. Clever Spider from Fareham chez Cobweb do it again! Source now blocked.”
