“Once accessed----It did take a VERY long time-----then it worked. The problem is how complicated you made the whole matter-----your company does make everything so extremely difficult to understand ---with respect, you need to employ some "normal" people, not computer boffins!!!!!!!”

“Callum managed to resolve the Outlook 2013 cannot remember the password. Can't used Cached Exchange anymore but live moves on happily!”

“The initial helpdesk response / call routing was poor - asking me to contact the provisioning team which had completed its involvement rather than allocating it to the appropriate technical support team. Once the Provisioning Team had allocated the issue to the right team it was resolved professionally and I was kept informed.”
