“Easy to get through - Josh was able to solve the problem (caused by todays Microsoft update) very quickly. One of the main reasons we use Cobweb is their speed of response and technical knowledge.”

“Cobweb's systems are horribly confusing with three different logins in order to add a new email user. There is no way that anybody could or should be expected to navigate their own way through this without help. However, Josh was excellent. Very capable and patient. Walked me through the process. Well done and thank you.”

“Hi Justin and the cobweb team. As you know this has been an ongoing and very inconvenient issue for some time. I am grateful for the cobweb response and the swift hand over to Justin who was excellent. It required a number of calls to resolve the issue. Each time Justin was timely, we worked at a sensible pace and he was sensitive to my diary commitments. The error is now cleared and all services across both of my accounts are working. I could not have asked for more. The link to the feed back did not seem to work. Please ensure you pass on my thank to Justin who was an outstanding ambassador for Microsoft. Thank you Chris”
