“The service from Michael was excellent, I'd previously received mixed messages about this sort of query and a mixed level of service from Cobweb advisers, but he helped me work through the query and explained everything brilliantly. Then he got it done efficiently too. Thanks!”

“I received an email from a newly appointed client liaison in which he requested time to have a telephone conversation, as a result of some work that we were having done to our website. I thought it would be helpful to speak to him regarding the use of the various platforms that are involved with our emails. Without reference I received an apparent automated response copying in the help desk. Regarding a fault I had apparently encountered! All that was required was phone call as requested, initially by your client liaison and subsequently by me to gain clarity on my options !”

“Fantastic support - time taken to understand the issue....at my speed so I felt comfortable being understood. And came back exactly as he said he would to be sure everything was working. A valuable lifeline for those of us who rely on tech, and don't understand enough to help ourselves!”
