“Initial contact through Account Manager who referred us to Support Desk who tried to help but then time ran out. We then had an appointment with Elliot Field who was able to resolve the issue.”

“Ronnie was extremely calm, efficient and knowledgeable in dealing with what was a very worrying (for me) compromised account situation. He quickly identified the issue, isolated the threat and blocked the relevant accounts (to secure the situation) and then proceeded to deal with the damage that the bad actors had attempted to inflict: bogus email rules etc. He was also sympathetic to my concerns about allowing remote access in this case (I was trying not to be flustered or pressurised into doing something I wasn't comfortable with in the specific circumstances, even though I knew that I knew I had called the cobweb support number. He also provided tips and suggestions going forward. At all times communication was excellent and he explained what was going on and why. All in all, this was a great service provided! Many thanks.”
