“Customer Service, beyond doubt, is the most efficient, courteous & helpful I have ever encountered from any Company, in all walks of on-line shopping. “I was looking for a nice gluten free hamper to send for a special wedding anniversary. Hampers.com do have a gluten free option- but there were very limited choices and even then it was presented in a cardboard box, rather than a nice wicker hamper. When I contacted customer service, I was told they could not pack the hamper contents into a basket for me. Delivery went well but shame on Hampers.com for discriminating against people with a lifelong medical problem”
