It says it was delivered but my friend has not received it as original delivery time changed with short notice and she was out. How do I follow this up? Would it have been left on the doorstep? Please can I have a follow up contact to check what has happened to the parcel?

Shocking bad.... poorly presented ...no clear wrapping over front to protect items.... crisps completely flattened. I've had to redress it myself. Don't waste your money. Not worth it

Order no: SY3568640 - We paid EXTRA for this hamper to be deilvered on 22nd OCTOBER 2025. It has still NOT DELIVERED to the recipient !!!!! Today is the 25th October 2025 - 3 days past. WHERE IS OUR HAMPER !!! - AND THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! WE NEED A REFUND.

I am in Australia, and ordered an Afternoon Tea Delights Hamper to be delivered to a family member in the UK. I had never used Hampers.com before, but read positive reviews so placed an order. The ordering process was easy, I was kept informed of estimated and actual delivery details, and the hamper was delivered on time. The recipient was delighted with the contents of the hamper, and I am a happy customer! Will use Hampers.com again, should the need arise.

When the hamper was finally delivered 4 days after my sister's birthday it was well received and she was pleased with it and the service i received from the customer services team at Hampers.com was excellent however whilst I appreciate that the delivery issue was not the fault of hampers.com, it did spoil the gift. I would need some reassurance that this would not happen again before i considered a further purchase.
