The recipient of the hamper was not at home when it was delivered. I believe the delivery personnel handed over to a neighbour that we are not aware which neighbour, whom, which unit. It will be good if the delivery could leave a note to inform whom, which unit the hamper was handed over in the absence of the actual recipient.

Ordered as a Thank You Hamper for my parents. They were throughly delighted with every item in the hamper. Good quality items. Order processed and shipped immediately and secure delivery made next day. Communication throughout so you knew exactly when it was delivered. Very happy with Hampers.com and would highly recommend.

I ordered a hamper last week but discovered that I had given a wrong delivery date. The online process enabled me to notify the supplier of the new, correct delivery date. The new date was swiftly acknowledged. The package was duly delivered on the correct date and I am very pleased with the service I've received.

I had a query about delivery as I live on one of the Scottish Islands - many companies won’t deliver to them. I got a swift, helpful reply saying Hampers could deliver - I was delighted as the company offers an excellent choice of hampers. Have been kept up-to-date with delivery times etc. A great example of what Customer Service should be. Highly recommended.

I bought 2 hampers worth approx £50 each & i was amazed at the amount of items inside as some hampers from other companies are quire imited with their items. I would love to be bought one for Christmas. I will definately keep this company in mind for future gifts.

The delivery was brilliant. the driver Paul is very helpful and careful with all his deliveries. As the hamper was a gift I cannot comment on it as it hasn't been opened yet.

The hamper is beautiful and the gift box is lovely quality, delivered on the exact date stated it’s a beautiful gift towards my sons 40th birthday, it asked if I wanted a gift card I filled in the details but it wasn’t in the box but that’s no problem it was just a little added extra

I always use Hampers for Birthday, Aniversaries and Christmas. Always pleased with their preformance until now!!?? I have no idea what has happened with my Christmas Order this year. Normally delivery is free if you allow Hampers to deliver the Hampers when they can in December. So imagin my surprise to receive two delivery charges of £5.99 and yet none for the rest of my order. Think they need to sort out their software. 29th October 2025. I am happy to leave an updated Review, as requested by my dear old friends from Hamper.com. My updated Review goes like this: I do appreciate your honest and explaination of software problems. Would like to thank you for the offer of a Refund to the value of £11.98. BUT!! I just received two emails from Hamper.Com requesting that I provide a:- Thank you for your recent purchase from hampers.com. We understand this hamper was probably a gift and sent to someone else, however would you be happy to help us improve by leaving a product review with any feedback you received? Meaning you have already delivered these Christmas Hampers? How can that be? I never picked or left a delivery date, was forced to pay the extra £11.98 for them and that was all. Clearly, this is a Christmas Hamper Order and Delivery. How! what am I suppose to do?
