“Well you sent the wrong hamper on the wrong day which could have been a disaster. However you identified the mistake just after the wrong hamper had been delivered. My daughter in law had opened the rogue hamper and could not fathom why I was sending her cider and nuts ( not her favourite!). You told me that she could keep the rogue and I think my son enjoyed some cheese that was in it. The correct hamper arrived on the right day at the scheduled time. I am impressed by the way you handled this. It is easy to be ‘good’ when things go right, the test comes when you have to sort out a problem. Well done!!”

“The picnic case was covered in dust and had something growing on it as it had been in a moist environment for a long time. When it arrived we had a broken glass inside and the amount of food was pathetic no more than £20 pounds worth definitely not worth 110”

“While I have received a full refund, my sister’s birthday was missed by almost a week on account of the delivery company (Evri) failing to deliver on her birthday and then subsequently when Hampers tried to use a “premium delivery” service (DPD). I think it needs to be understood that the element of surprise on the day of the occasion is more important than the product (hamper) itself. Hence, when you choose a delivery date, which is shown as available, you expect the hamper to be delivered on that date. Whilst I appreciate the refund, I think it is fully justified because I didn’t get the desired effect I was paying for.”
