I must say that I am very impressed by the top quality and tasty items in your cream tea hamper, and I am looking forward to tasting your delicious looking Genoa cake, it reminds me of my Mother who used to bake lovely fruit cakes. I must admit that this hamper is not a gift for anyone, but just for an old pensioner who lives alone and cannot get out to far in the winter cold, so I was very grateful for your delivery plus I had run out of tea bags, I must praise your English tea bags top draw.

Awful service from start to finish..! i ordered a christmas hamper for my father to be delivered on 22nd…(that’s what they said!) it never happened!!! i contacted CS for answers and to request a compensation or refund…i never anything for ages. They only then turned up with the hamper in the new year, only for the driver to attempt delivery, but then took the parcel BACK!! my father informed me that the delivery turned up in one of the cleaning company vans that operate in our area..! how is it even hygienic to deliver foodstuffs in a van that has chemicals, dirty mops and other stuff in it…?!?!? ABSOLUTELY awful service. i would NOT ever give them the time of day again.

Thank you, our mother enjoyed a surprise hamper. Sadly the delivery company was not so good. The delivery company said that they tried deliver the parcel when the recipient was not in but this was correct. She waited but no one came . They delivered the parcel the next day and the delivery person put the parcel on the floor , took photo but did not offer to help our elderly mum pick up the parcel of the street floor. It would have been helpful if the delivery person could have at least picked it up and put the parcel in her arms. Poor show of the delivery company. We would like to use the hamper company again as it was easy to navigate and the hampers are awesome, but hope the delivery is better next time Thank you hampers .co

I received a lovely hamper for Christmas. The quality was exceptionally high with sourdough crackers, cheese, mince pies, biscuits, breakfast tea etc. It also had the nicest chutney I have ever tasted - Mrs Darlingtons Spicy Tomato and Sticky Onion Chutney. So nice it would be lovely if the jar was bigger. I would certainly recommend the hamper it was a lovely gift with nothing wasted.

I was assured that a hamper purchased for my daughter would arrive on Christmas Eve. On Christmas Eve I received an email informing me of delivery problems and the hamper ended up being delivered on the Saturday after - 27th December. If I had known that Evri were the couriers I would not have ordered. A very disappointing experience!

Complaints about your company? Promised Christmas delivery. Paid £30 Shipping for this. Email on Christmas Eve advising not possible to deliver for Christmas. You have multiple email addresses - difficult to figure out which one is monmitored and read! Impossible to talk to a human!! and Replies not received from emails. Very unhappy with your Service and very unlikely to give you any future business. Your buttons below are not working properly - apart from awarding you a Zero in response to recommending hampers to friends or colleagues, ticking the other boxes in respomnse to speed of delivery/overall experience/ results in three boxes turning green giving a response of 'as expected' You can't even get that right!!

Hello, beautifully presented hamper, delicious contents, my only negative comment is that the lightly salted crisps were out of date, best before 01/12/25 they still tasted nice but thought I would bring to your attention as you may want to check your stock, many thanks.
