The selaction, quality and appearnce of the hampers is magnifent. The staff are reliable and the hampers unfailingly arrive with people I am sending them to allover the UK at the correct time and in great condition

Not happy! I plan ahead and have had no issues until now. Was not able to designate the week that I wanted the hamper delivered. What happened? This has not been an issue before!!!

The Italian hamper was selected for our daughter's birthday as a reminder of her wedding there. On the Friday before its delivery was due on the Monday,p we were contacted by a very nice gentleman from the company. He wanted to apologise because the company was unable to fulfill all the advertised contents of the hamper due to their own delivery issues prior to delivery to our daughter. Would we be happy to have substituted items,choose another hamper, even if more expensive or rearrange the delivery day to allow for their delvery to arrive. We opted for substitutes! The hamper was delivered on the given day & our daughter was delighted with it. We would like to thank Hampers.com for their attention & honesty regarding the delivery problem they encountered & for their willingness to resolve the issue as best they could. Perhaps, next time a note could be added when describing hamper contents if the company are experiencing delivery issues themselves . Then giving the customer options to choose from. Hence 4 not 5 stars.

I was looking for a nice gluten free hamper to send for a special wedding anniversary. Hampers.com do have a gluten free option- but there were very limited choices and even then it was presented in a cardboard box, rather than a nice wicker hamper. When I contacted customer service, I was told they could not pack the hamper contents into a basket for me. Delivery went well but shame on Hampers.com for discriminating against people with a lifelong medical problem

Great products!! We order from Australia for Uk gifts, not seeing/feeling what your buy is always hard, but this company make it all easier. Ordered from them several times - unfortunately this time our gift tag/label wasn’t present with our personal message. Our recipient didn’t know who to thank! Bit awkward! Otherwise great!!

Very easy to book. Have used service twice from the USA and each time order was completed on exactly the day requested. Find it to be quite expensive given products delivered but what did go was of good quality and appreciated as such by recipient

Whilst I received an emal from the delivery company advising me of it's delivery, the photographic "proof of delivery" could have been anywhere. It was a box on a doorstep! If it was meant to have been definitive it should have shown the front door and the recipient.

My friends didn't get the thank you card I wrote which was supposed to be attached to the gift. This was mist disappointing because they didn't know who the gift was from.

My sister in law loved her hamper - she was surprised that there were two layers of goodies inside! It was packed neatly and looked very presentable. The wicker basket will also be useful storage.

Really nice hampers and receipients were very suprised and happy but CS could be better as I'd contacted to amend the gift note and it was still wrong. so little disspointed with that but otherwise very pleased
