“My daughter’s birthday gift was supposed to be delivered in her hand on 09 April and now the parcel is still at nowhere. How can you request for extra delivery fee and not perform? More than 2 days delay for a specific occasion purpose, it is absolutely horrible! No one to tell you what exactly the problem is and what has been done to fix it, I requested a full refund yesterday and no one responded. Whoever wanna order gifts from Hamper.com please think twice, it just doesn’t work.”

“We ordered four of the beautiful afternoon tea hampers for our treasured team. They were all absolutely delighted - one of the team saying she had tears in her eyes on receipt of the gift! They were beautifully presented and full of delightful goodies. Naomi was so helpful when I realised I had inputted the wrong address for one the deliveries and managed to contact the courier and have the hamper returned to be reprocessed in such good time. Thank you! We shall use you again!”

“I’m chose a delivery spot for Saturday as this gift was for my elderly father in law. The delivery notification I got was saying the delivery would be on Friday between 12-1pm. This didn’t happen, in fact the delivery arrived at 8.40pm. It’s a great 👍 d thing my niece was there to take the parcel in. The actual goodies were great and enjoyed but it’s a worry when you pay for a date and it doesn’t happen 😞”
