Ordering process very easy and quick, though some confusion for me as the delivery date didn’t show on the order summary, and I thought it hadn’t been recorded. Hamper delivered and friend had a lovely surprise, delighted with the contents

I am glad that the order was delivered, but I had not been told that it could not be delivered on the day requested: May 26. I find that inattentive service. Otherwise, quite content.

Choices were good and service and communication was very good Only issue we had was inputting a discount as code sent wouldn’t work and also wanted delivery for 26 th May but wasn’t an option so had to deliver before the birthday !

The parcel was delivered to a business next door to the address. One post said it was delivered to a neighbour at 13.01 and then another post said it was delivered to the recipients address at 16.09 . When in fact the recipient had not received it . The photo in the 13.01 post looks like it was delivered to the business premises next door which is now closed. The recipient will need to try to collect it tomorrow now when the business is open. Hopefully that’s where it is. Not impressed with this service what so ever.

The hamper arrived as planned but due to the parcel address/card being non descriptive the receiver never new who the hamper was from. Can the address label indicate clearly that a message is included. This has happened to me three times now, please change the label.

Great Hamper. I got the Spanish offer as my friend hasa love affair with Spain. Luckly the wine was his favourite! (He thought I knew and had chosen). The other products where also revieced well, particularly the quince. Thanks so much you cheered by friend up in fact it made both our days !

Quick delivery and good packages available (although I didn't see the actual hamper received so difficult to judge). The website mentions the option of a personalised message, but I looked thoroughly and couldn't find it during the ordering and checkout process. Upon contacting customer service to add it retrospectively, I was told it's not possible. Slightly annoying.

I am pleased with the hamper ordering experience. The recipient loved the items in the hamper, which made me very happy. Although the note sent with the hamper was initially missed, it was later found after communication with a thoughtful customer care representative. I would suggest that the note be placed more strategically to ensure it is easily noticed upon delivery. Thank you.
