“I specified named day delivery which was completed ignored so the hamper timed to arrive on a Friday actually turned up two days later at the weekend on Sunday. So the people who should have been there for it were not. Wow that really was pretty pointless! Thanks for offering a delivery option that you either can’t be bothered with or are not actually in a position to offer.”

“Really happy with my hamper. Not only is the quality really good, but the customer service has been outstanding. I had a small issue with the delivery of my hamper - no one to blame other than a lazy delivery driver! I contacted the company to get this resolved, and Mohamed came back to me within minutes and had a new hamper sent out that same day for next-day delivery. There were no complicated questions or having to fight for a replacement. He was straight on it and had everything resolved the same day. Thank you, Mohamed, for your help. I’ll 100% be using you again in the future!”

“The service provided by Hampers. com was excellent. The range of products to choose from was considerable and displayed on the website well, making selection easy. The company kept me informed of the processing of my hamper all at all stages, from preparation to delivery on the day. The only thing I can't comment on is the quality of the contents as I haven't yet heard back from the recipient.”
