Received our first hamper from our granddaughter for Christmas . Absolutely thrilled with it . Contents were all very good quality

The hamper for my daughter and her family was delivered on time. My daughter said the actual hamper container was of good quality, better than one's she has received in the past. My grand children quickly raided the hamper, and demolished some of their favourites quickly. In total the hamper and contents were of good quality, and reasonable value for the cost.

Terrible service .....was told delivery by 12/23 for Christmas ...then told 12/24 Christmas Eve ..no delivery still . The Delivery showed up Saturday Dec 27th at 3 .07 pm. Christmas Missed ...Relatives gone ....so a complete missing . If you make a promise to deliver Dec 23rd & Can't and then say you will Dec 24th & still can't why say you will ? It cost $130 . Its Christmas so you know its always extremely busy ......Such a pity, as it was surprize present for Christmas. An example here of " Over promise & under deliver" .

It is the second year that I have chosen them for our most important clients, and they have never disappointed me. On the contrary, they have proven to be extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Today I spoke with Mohamed, who was incredibly kind, resolved my issue immediately, and was very professional. Next year, I will definitely purchase from hampers.com again. I ordered 2 hampers, 1 I paid extra on to select a named date for it to arrive and the other I left to be delivered anytime. The 1 I paid extra for did not arrive on the date I selected, it arrived a day later along with the 2nd hamper. I have emailed the support team to ask about this and each time I have been told my hampers arrived successfully so no response to my actual query.

My order was supposed to to be delivered on 22nd Dec but was delayed, no updates till I have to follow up in Jan, again replacement was out of stock. Spend few days corresponding with the service agent, support was terribly, response is always late in the afternoon close to end of office hours, thus, a simple task takes a few days to resolve. I almost suspect this is a scam site as my replacement was out of stock and agent seems not able to comprehend simple statement or simply trying to brush me off by asking me again and again to check their web site. Worst experience, never gonna place an order with them ever again,

Whilst the hamper was lovely, mine wasn’t delivered on the requested day. I raised a case for further help and information on what day it would be delivered and got no answer for 4 days. The answer that came back didn’t inform me of the delivery date which wasn’t helpful. Working customer facing, I would’ve expected a quicker reply, an answer to my question and further information like tracking which would’ve been helpful along with an apology (which I did get).

The delivery was one day late. It was delivered on 1st of January, 2026 instead of 30th/31St of December, 2025 as schduled.

Extremely poor service and communication. My order was placed in November and was supposed to be delivered in the first week of December. I got a confirmation that it was delivered. My client never received the hamper. I found out that it was never delivered in the first place when I called them myself after Christmas. I was not informed of any delivery issue at all. I only found out after chasing them myself. Even after this, they offered only a partial refund rather than taking responsibility for the failure. This level of service is totally unacceptable, especially the complete lack of communication. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Never using this company again.
