“I paid extra to have a next day delivery. Delivery was completely missed meaning it did not arrive on my friend's birthday or on the day she was at home. Worse still, I was not notified about the delay. I wrote an email to customer service but I did not get a reply, just a bland notification to say that the delivery fee was being refunded. No apology nothing. Very bad experience.”
