Good content, but were sent with no notes after I put specific notes on each one. It’s a small thing, but frustrating to receive a gift and not know who it is from.

To clarify, gift messages are placed in the label pouch on the outside of the hamper, rather than inside the box itself. Lovely but the packing ie the straw in the hamper is horrible to get rid of it get everywhere. But the hampers did arrive quickly and the items included are lovely, good names and tasty. I would recommend this company

The hampers are just lovely. Not so sure about your delivery partner. It was meant to be delivered onTuesday - they emailed me to say Wednesday - then they had a problem and said Thursday, then another problem spa I reached out to their customer service. It was eventually delivered Friday. Not too much of a challenge on this occasion but… I do not find Evri reliable. If I had know it was Evri I might have shopped elsewhere.

I ordered three hampers at the same time for family and friends. Unfortunately, they all arrived on different days, with the final delivery being delayed by an extra day. Sadly, the last hamper — sent to a friend — also included the wrong message. It even contained visible HTML code (), which completely lost the personal sentiment I had intended and made me wonder whether the correct hamper was sent at all. I didn’t raise the issue, as it had already been opened, and my friend was genuinely delighted to receive such a thoughtful gift. I’ve never experienced any issues before, so this may have been down to the delivery company rather than the seller.
