I am in Australia, my Son is in Bridgwater U.K and yesterday he received the Hamper I gifted to him, Just received his phone call "Many Thanks Mum" this Hamper is absolutely brilliant, I have already sampled a few items, but better stop or nothing will be left for Christmas. If I could've given this review no stars I would have the hamper was left on the step in Clearview so anyone could've come up stolen it and that's what happened thank you very much absolutely diabolical Service

First hamper paid extra for specified delivery date but this was not complied with and delivered 8 days before request. No refund offered. Wanted to order second hamper for delivery to Isle of Man. Website indicates company delivers there. Tried to order but postcode not accepted. Only when phoning to find out what is wrong was I told company no longer deliver to IOM but have not updated website. Great inconvenience caused. Totally unreliable service.

I had a fantastic experience with Hampers.com. An issue arose after I changed my order, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Corinna was extremely helpful, communicated clearly throughout, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, and wouldn’t hesitate to use Hampers.com again. Highly recommended!

I placed my order before the cut off time specifically because your website promised next day delivery. It has now been over six days and my order still hasn’t been dispatched. Please cancel my order as soon as possible.

I do not but many goods on line as I’m not very well informed as hoe to use the system . It seemed that I was successful in ordering a present for my sister but it appears two hampers we sent , one to my sister and one to me , I tried to explain only one was required I have as yet not heard from my sister and no one has tried to deliver one to me ?! I have received the Classic hamper for Christmas from my daughter. I am absolutely delighted with this wonderful gift. The items are displayed on straw in an open basket full of excellent quality treats.
