“Unfortunately the delivery service being used by Hampers.com didn't deliver my hamper. They would only do so if someone is home and returned hamper after 3 attempts. It is hard to guarantee the person will be there when you are buying these as a gift. Will not be using Hampers.com again.”

You’re absolutely right that it isn’t always possible to guarantee someone will be home when sending a hamper, and I appreciate how inconvenient this must have been.
